Mortgage Rates Drop (Today at least)!


I've seen a few 30 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Rates get quoted today at 5.5%. This is GREAT for anyone considering buying!
Think: Prices beaten up over the past 3 years. Rates are where they were 3 years ago (+/-).
